A: You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store. Once the package is sent out, the order cannot be cancelled. A: If the TV has bluetooth function.they could be connected together.

A: We suggest you keep them from the humid envoiroment.

A: Sorry. It could not set a password and change the name.
  1. Q: How I connect them to my tv and my home theater system?
A: There is an aux port on the bluetooth amplifer box.You could connect your TV with the aux port.
  1. Q: Are they compatible with Alexa?
A: Yes,But you should disconnected the previous bluetooth device which had connected.
  1. Q: Can you use two separate sets simultaneously with different devices in an adjoining room?
A: Sure. But they have same Bluetooth name.
