Free standard shipping is available in eligible markets. Delivery estimates, available services and any applicable charges are shown at checkout for your destination.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders with stock constraints, larger items, weekends and holidays may require 1–2 business days before dispatch. If items in an order are ready at different times, they may ship separately.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on the destination and carrier conditions.
Taxes and duties
For international orders shipped across borders, customs duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking and delivery
You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation when your order ships. To request tracking help, email support@herdiotech.com.
Undeliverable or damaged deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave pickup instructions or contact you to arrange delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition, refuse delivery when appropriate, and contact support@herdiotech.com so we can help.
