Just received the system and the clips that hold the wire on one speaker popped off and wouldn’t hold the wire. I bunches up the ends to make contact. I wrote cust service to ask for a replacement speaker. There was no template for cutting the hole but I had one already.Also wire terminals are not marked so had to play with it to figure Left and RightIn spite if that, the sound is goodUsed a 12v converter to power it from the backUpdate: manufacturer did reply but Amazon already sent a replacement. All-in-all I’m. Very happy with this speaker system
