Just received the system and the clips that hold the wire on one speaker popped off and wouldn’t hold the wire. I bunches up the ends to make contact. I wrote cust service to ask for a replacement speaker. There was no template for cutting the hole but I had one already.Also wire terminals are not marked so had to play with it to figure Left and RightIn spite if that, the sound is goodUsed a 12v converter to power it from the backUpdate: manufacturer did reply but Amazon already sent a replacement. All-in-all I’m. Very happy with this speaker system
Nice setup. Comes with everything needed to ceiling mount or wall if wanted. Templates make it so no mistakes happen. Each speaker is capable of one hundred and fifty watts and once in the ceiling will sound better than when I tested them in the open. Directions were satisfactory and easy to read and understand and the pictures helped me immediately with setup and getting it right the first time. Pieces and parts fit well together and seams and gaps were consistent throughout and speakers. I didn’t see any cheap out parts on anything. Four Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
