First are large! But haven't mounted them yet but hooked 2 a nice Yamaha receiver with a subwoofer and sound great. I'll install them on the patio tomorrow with a pristine Yamaha receiver and a little Polk subwoofer tomorrow and will update. The Yamaha was 40$ and the Subwoofer was 40$ and they'll all sound great. Under a covered patio. I have amend my review.I hooked up 2 to a older Yamaha receiver with Jamo subwoofer in my kitchen system and they sound great. I'm an audiophile and collect 1970' Harman Kardon Citation, Martin Logan, Dahlquist Dq10' Kefs and about 100k of audio equipment and for 4 of these for $170 they sound out standing. Well made will be mounted tomorrow on my patio.UpdateI have two on the patio with a small polk subwoofer and the other two in the bedroom hooked to 2 SVS 200 subwoofers and they sound fantastic. A must buy!!The more I listen to them they blow away anything in the price rename range. I'm selling the towers I have one the bedroom and the ones on the patio with a Polk subwoofer absolutely sound great and are loud and clear as a bell.A no brainer for indooior or outside...

No bad for the price for 2 sets of speakers. Decent sound for outdoors. They don't sound like $1,200 Polks or JBL's of course but the surpass the price paid in sound quality. We enjoy them while sitting in the geo-dome! They obviously lack some low end due to the speaker size but overall I'm content.
