the speaker are great but in the description were to to be waterproof but has significant rust after one year

I purchased the speakers in April 2022 for outdoor usage. I added a protective plastic hood over both speakers to add extra protection from rain and elements and they performed very well. Really good performance. For a while.... The woofer on the main speaker went out after 9 months of usage resulting in the heavy vibrating sound (Typically what happens with a woofer). Passive speaker is fine. However, could not find any replacement woofer that I thought would work. I ended up purchasing an another set- Price was still good (actually lower) and outweighed the time, expense and misery (warranty claim), searching, repairing and hoping the repair would work. I hope the woofer does not go out on this set. I guess I have a a set I can cannibalize for parts if it happens again.

I’m picky about sound quality, and this one seriously impressed me. You can hear the difference whether it's pop, classical, or a movie soundtrack. Herdio definitely knows what they’re doing.
