Hello....we received our speaker system
But it didn't come with the wall mount with the USB ports and dial like in the picture picture and the add which is why I selected that particular system setup....is there anyway this can be rectified?

They sound great for the price I have no complaints.
Easy to install. Used template included to cut and mount to ceiling. Did not use wires included (house was pre-wired for surround speakers). Also use AC to connect for power. Connected quickly to my phone and Samsung TV. Good sound quality. Recommend.
I like the appearance of these speakers, but the sound leaves a bit to be desired. For what they cost I��m not very happy with their performance. They serve a purpose and do it ok but again not as loud as I��d hoped for.UPDATE: company responded to my review and sent me an upgraded version. I highly recommend this company.
